What Does Skin Toner Do

You'll want to first cleanse your skin with the appropriate cleanser, based on your skin type.  Use a cotton ball and saturate it with your skin toner.  Gently swipe it across your forehead and nose, which are usually the most oily spots.  Let your skin dry naturally.  Follow with the moisturizer for your skin type and makeup.
