Healthy Chewing Gum

You may wonder just what is healthy chewing gum? You'll be happy to learn that yes, there actually is such a thing as healthy chewing gum. You still have to brush your teeth very thoroughly daily, floss your teeth at least once a day and see your dentist regularly.
